COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS

  1. Masks will be required for clients and stylists
  2. Wash hands or use hand sanitizer upon entry to the salon
  3. Temperature may be taken upon entry to the salon
  4. NO EXTRA PEOPLE
  5. No service if you are experiencing cold and flu symptoms(includes staff).
  6. No service after recent travel
  7. Appointments only, no walk-ins
  8. There may be times that clients may be requested to wait in their vehicle to maintain social distancing requirements
  9. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE

CHILD POLICY

Children are only permitted in the salon when having a service. For safety reasons no children may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children. We love children, and we hope you understand. We do not want to compromise the relaxation of our clients. YOUR UNDERSTANDING IS GREATLY APPRECIATED.

LATE ARRIVALS

Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. Depending upon how late you arrive, your stylist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start your services. Once you’re 15 minutes late, you will be considered as a walk-in.

48 HOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE IS REQUIRED

When canceling an appointment please notify your stylist within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time. Advanced cancellation allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you do not give 48 hour notice, you will be charged 50% of the value of the service booked. This amount must be paid prior to your service or it will be included on your next scheduled appointment.

FORMS OF PAYMENT

We reserve the right to change prices and services at anytime without notification. We accept major credit cards, and cash; but please, NO CHECKS.
